Left displaced olecranon fracture-'broken elbow'
I would not recommend her to anyone. She is not accountable & denies a problem can be present. Aimee Riley operated 11-2-23. I could not bend my elbow 3 mons post-op despite participating in PT & including learned PT exercise's in my yoga practice. I explained this to Dr Riley. She did not listen. She explained I 'should be planking'. I messaged her in the portal how none of her mobility recommendations helped with movement and now new pain. She neglected to answer me. I went to my primary doctor. He viewed the post-op X-Ray and stated 'all that hardware has to come out'. A CAT scan was ordered with a new consulted surgeon, Dr Napoli. A screw was viewed on CAT scan as being breached 5mm greater than 3,16', the issue with the lack of mobility which now greater scare tissue existed. Dr Napoli performed 2nd surgery 3-15-24 removing all hardware. I worried about the complete healing as was told the hardware should remain 9 mons. A 3rd surgery was performed. Greater mobility was in 2025

Hands Down the Best!
Dr. Riley i very compassionate and caring. She listens to the patient and suggests treatments. She quickly diagnosed my ailment and provided treatment - which cured the issue quickly, without surgery. I would highly recommend her for any issue with the hand or wrist.

Very Personable
My son had to come in to have a relatively large ganglion cyst x-rayed, and taken care of. Dr. Riley was super kind, personable and made my son feel very comfortable about the procedure. She has a vibrant personality and you can tell she not only loves her job, but her patients as well.

Very Much So.
Being nervous from the unknowns of the injury Dr. Riley was super calming in explaining the details and what is to come. Dr. Riley truely found her calling in the aspect's of knowledge of her profession and the perfect blend of empathy for a patient no feeling rushed thru just to get to the next patient like you feel with so many other doctors. Emerge is lucky to have her on staff.
