Cold and and unsympathetic
Went to oschner ER and had Dr. Kramer. One of the least sympathetic and unfriendly doctors here. Overall a negative experience

My poor wife to have the misfortune of presenting to the ER with Dr. Kramer on duty. Very poor bedside manner -- a cold and cagey facial aspect. Very unsympathetic!

Seen at Napoleon ER last week..treated for acute cellulitis ...Dr. Kramer was very thorough in her exam, gathering diagnostic information via multiple tests, etc. Took time to explain etiology of my problem, treatment, and prognosis. As usual, ALL staff at Napoleon ER were top notch.

Went to emergency room with fever, stomach pain, back pain, chills, nausea and breast pain and had to just about make her check my urine. Refused to do any other test but my urine test revealed a UTI and my breast pain and redness revealed supposedly was mastitis. On top of that, because I asked for testing(?), I was given community resources that were totally inappropriate.
