Worst physician I’ve ever seen
I went to wellstar paulding ER with severe anemia, causing appropriate sinus tachycardia, heart beating fast, and shortness of breathe. I had a GI bleed. Dr. Inhenyen was the worst internal medicine doctor that I saw at wellstar paulding during my 4 night 5 day stay. they did a colonoscopy and endoscopy and still couldn’t find the bleed. So his solution after consulting with Dr. Pandya, was to pump me full of even more iron and even more blood products to keep me stable, and send me HOME to follow up with another procedure cam capsule endoscopy with GI, and follow up with oncology about anemia in meantime. he did not answer any questions, and my hospital stay resulted in no answers. I was not given a referral to oncologist or GI. no appointments. Told to do it myself. With a chronic GI bleed causing severe anemia. Iron was just as low and I was 7 lbs lighter when I left hospital than before my stay.

May report him to the Board
He has a terrible bedside manner. Also was so in a rush to discharge my Mom that he did not adequately treat her. Found out my Mom has a stroke and he told me to check her veins in neck (from MRI) in outpatient but wouldn’t go into detail and did not put it on discharge statement. About a month later she had to go to ER for COVID and doc told me that something about her neck was off from MRI so she did a X-ray of neck and discovered it was broken. By then we had her back and n rehab with a broken neck and didn’t know and he didn’t explore it before referring her to rehab

Dr Ihenyen has the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced in my life. He also lacks the compassion of a Dr let alone a human being. I’ve spent almost 5 months being very sick and been to multiple Dr, 3 ER visits. After my own Dr failed me I went to a urgent care and received a CT scan and was told I had bacterial pneumonia. I spent 5 days on meds but started running fevers again and could not breathe. I was put in the hospital for strong IV meds. Dr Ihenyen walks into my room immediately after a breathing treatment and says your breath on your own so I’m denying you home. I tried to ask about my tests result and explain that I was scared to go home bc just walking a few feet makes my breathing very labored and he told me I was being emotional! 5 months Of being sick, 4 different diagnosis, numerous ASR’s and he wants to say I’m emotional bc I want to know if I’m ok? He also laughed when I asked to speak with the pulmonologist. I do NOT recommend him at all!
