Minimized, incorrect diagnosis
Saw him years ago but I was experiencing anaphylaxis repeatedly and he said I shouldn’t take my epi pen and instead “see what happens.” I was later intubated and on life support twice because I didn’t take epi pens. Very very poor advice that can be deadly.

Wrong dosage. Lots of pain.
The receptionist may be friendly but the nurses are not trained. The new nurse asked if my relative knew what she was given and the dosage. The nurse reviewed my relative's charts and still gave her the wrong dosage. My relative is given a diluted dosage due to adverse reactions. So her arm swelled to the point where her skin was stretched and painful and the swelling spread past the elbow halfway up the forearm and also caused a weird discoloration/bruise. The receptionist called us a week later letting us know this was a mistake made by the nurse and that Dr. Ahmad Hamad would be able to talk to us during our next visit in two weeks. IF this doctor had any sincerity he would have called us personally or at least let his receptionist know to apologize to the patient. This happened while we were on vacation which ruined our trip and caused us to cancel our non-refundable activities. We will not be returning.
