Balil is probably the wirst dictor I have ever seen. He tried to imtimidate me. Every question I answered he said was a lie; it was not. He misdiagnosed with no background or questioning and refused to include me in treatment decisions. I truly believe he is dangerous, unskilled and misogynistic. Take your money and run.

Dr. Bilal is the best doctor in all of New York!! He really cares about his patients and is one of the smartest psychiatrists that always has the right diagnosis. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Bedside manner is terrible. As a psychiatrist he issupposed to help patients; not make them feel worse with his rude and uncaring demeanor.
