I JUST LOVE RESPECT AND APPRECIATE HIS STAF
. Dr Ali is patient, caring and knowledgeable Dr . He is my life saver . I read some nonsense review and is a shame to bring such a Great ,caring dr done!!!! He tells you what is right not what you wanted to hear. I trust his judgment very much .I been going to him for over 3 years .My health improved so much and is Not a day in My visit ,that I Don't hear a patient appreciate Him or talk highly about him . Over all My thyroid improved from almost dead to taking medication 6 days a week with lower dosage . If there is a medicine that my insurance wont cover or we are not sure will work on me due to My allergies .He gives me sample medicines from manufacturer so I don't waste money .Mostly I am impressed ,when he patiently compares my results from last visit and takes time to discus why is improved or what to do to improve it ,Is not jus in and out visit . Like my previous drs . My visit was never less than 30-45 Minutes .I Love his staff they are nice and respectful .

I used to think Dr Ali was a wonderful doctor. I appreciated all his tips for small changes to improve health. At my last visit in March 2022, I made the mistake of asking Dr Ali about medication for stress as I am sole caregiver for my husband with Alzheimer’s disease. Instead of just replying that he doesn’t recommend medical marijuana, Dr Ali began yelling at me, marginalizing my grief and exhaustion. He said my stress is no greater than everyone else’s, said I should be praying. He said some day I will be sitting all alone twiddling my thumbs. He made a sad face and started twiddling his thumbs to mock me. Dr Ali then began ranting about his own problems with Medicare. I guess Dr Ali thinks financial problems are comparable to watching the love of your life slowly die, losing the ability to speak, dress himself, feed himself, and recognize his own children. Most days I’m barely hanging on, I don’t need a verbally abusive doctor. I would not recommend Dr Ali to anyone.

GOOD DOC...Bad Ending
I began seeing Dr Ali last June. I came to him with a host of medical issues. I had an A!C of over 7, overweight, parathyroid, CKD. Dr. Ali is knowledgeable, good bedside manner listens to you, and answers questions. He is an absolutely wonderful doctor. As of June 2022, my A!C was 5.8, I've lost 30 pounds my labs are good. You would think with the good news everyone would be happy. I guess not Dr Ali, because I can't get an appointment, my calls or emails aren't returned, plus I can't get my scripts renewed, I guess he did not want to see me anymore. That is ok because there are other GOOD DOCTORS in town that's closer to me and I do not have to travel an hour to get to my appointment.

Terrible money hungry doctor
This doctor makes you prepay (per my experience) before running through insurance and the office staff is very unprofessional and dishonest. I would give them zero stars if I could. When I questioned the price I was being charged before it was ran through insurance I was “discharged”. If I had paid them in advanced I would have been overpaying by $70 for a 5 min consult with the doctor. Please also be very careful with all the meds he prescribes.

I love how Dr Ali listens to me. I know he is busy, but when he comes into the room and sits down and looks at you. This is becoming a lost art in medicine and I should know as I was in the medical profession for 40 years. A shout out to his office staff......very professional

I’ve been going to Dr. Ali for many years for my diabetes and thyroid. He’s awesome, very friendly, LISTENS well, explains throughly (even sketches sometimes) and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients’ well-being. He’s absolutely the best Doctor I ever had and I’ve been to several dozens in my lifetime! He’s out of network for me now but I don’t care. I did have trouble getting call backs from his staff several months ago, after calling and leaving voicemails multiple times (within a week), and was frustrated and going to complain to Dr. Ali about it at my next appointment BUT I did receive a call back to my last voicemail the following day and when I came in for my appointment I noticed a change of staff, so hopefully response time continues to be 24 hours or less.

Few years ago I had a thyroidectomy. Dr. Ali is taking care of me since that time. He is a very caring doctor and takes his time with patients and explains everything. He is very professional and listens very carefully and gives advice that you can use in your daily life to improve your health and life even without a thyroid. His staff is very good and treat you with courtesy and respect. I highly recommend Dr. Ahmad Ali.

This is the WORST doctor I have ever been to. It took me a week of calling to finally talk to someone. When I finally got them on the phone they said they were refilling my prescription and then didn’t. I then called again the next day to ask about my medication and they still did not fill it after they said they had. There is no emergency line or on call doctor for cases like this, which was their fault in the end. Do not use this doctor.
