They don't listen to patients - see review
In 2023, I went to see Dr. K & Dr. Bitner to get bloodwork done because I thought something was wrong due to some symptoms I was experiencing. My results showed I was fighting a HEP A INFECTION. Dr. K never made an effort to call me & explain my results - her staff told me it wasn't a big deal since there is nothing they can do & since my body was fighting the infection I should be fine. 6 months later i met with Dr. Bitner & got bloodwork done again. I saw my results before they called me and told them I see that I have a UTI. They said I had to come in since they couldn't share my results over the phone. I said of course but in the meantime can the Dr prescribe me medication to fight the infection. They denied it since they 'can't share the results over the phone'. When I arrive for my appointment, Dr. Bitner focuses on my weight & what diets I should follow. The entire time she denies my results and asks for a retest. 3 days later the office tells me... yeah you have a UTI

Was a long time client of the doctor. Always recommended her to others. She wasn't a brilliant diagnostician but she tried to help. I got sick with initially a cold. After two weeks of a struggle tried to make an appointment to see what is going on. My COVID test was negative. When I called I was advised....WE DON'T SEE SICK PATIENTS.... They made a video call appointment. I got antibiotics prescribed. It didn't help. After more than a week tried to make another appointment. The same answer. During the video call she advised me to go to the urgent care. I went and a nice person finally helped me. When I mentioned to her that my doctor doesn't accept the sick patients, she said....why did she became a doctor... And YES I agree why did she became a doctor?

She’s the best. I’ve been seeing her for 10+ years and have followed her from when she was working in Wallington to her new practice. She takes her time to get to know you as a patient and genuinely cares about your wellbeing. In today’s world it is hard to find a doctor you can really trust, but she is it and I don’t think I am ever going to switch doctors.

Very likely to recommend her to my friends and family. Wait time was fine, secretaries nice, and Dr. K was very kind to me and accurate to match what I am feeling with her diagnosis. Will be coming back soon!

Not a good experience. The front desk receptionist is the worst. She has no idea how to deal patients or how to do her job. Absolutely clueless and unprofessional. The doctor herself is ok but takes her time to get back to you with results. Would not recommend her to someone who is actually sick. Maybe just a routine checkup .
