Temperament Issues?
Dr. Montz was abrupt, rude, callous, and dismissive. I left wondering what the heck just happened… I’ve always had nice, long term relationships with my healthcare providers, and Dr. Montz acts like she’s in the wrong line of work. I felt her MO was to make me feel small, unimportant, and uneducated (which I am not). I wish I could erase the experience, but on the bright side it made me appreciate the other great physicians I have had the pleasure of knowing in my 64 year life.

Extremely rude person, not only with me but with everyone around her. That is all I can say about my experience with Dr. Montz.

I was extremely frustrated by my visit with her and left in tears. She was challenging, interruptive and the pap was abrasive. As a sexual trauma survivor this kind of exam is very difficult for me, and she was more than just cold or aloof, she was actually rude. I was sent to her by my PCP for support and medical help about some gynological issues and, not only did she not help me, she made me feel embarrassed for asking. Ppwk has outdated terminology like "nervous breakdown" and no part of the care is trauma-informed or conducive to a women presenting her most vulnerable needs. I have a pretty complicated gyno history and she seemed irritated that I wanted to share my health profile w/her. None of the ppwk addressed my gyno health or asked for my past provider info - this most basic uterine health info seems not only relevant but necessary. I wish I had my old PPO plan and didn't have to deal with providers like Dr. Montz.

I have been going to Dr. Montz for many years and all of my experiences have been very good. She has always maintained a very fine front office administrative staff (it seems they are the warm/fuzzy component to her practice) she is professional and informed, and somewhat direct. But I appreciate that from a Physician. No BS. If you are looking for a warm fuzzy doctor - she may not be the right fit. I have never felt patronized or discriminated against by Dr. Montz, as some user reviewers here have mentioned.

I had a fine experience with Dr. Montz. She is friendly, to-the-point and efficient. Maybe a little more traditional or conservative (just a guess) - but she's caring and gives good simple recommendations.

Not particularly friendly and I never felt she was interested. I walked out of her office years ago after she pulled the speculum out so fast and hard that I screamed. Went home to find that I had been bleeding from that experience. Never returned, never will.

Front staff, courteous kind and helpful. Dr. AGNES MONTZ extremely rude, unprofessional. Turned away a teenager in need of medical help. Felt discriminated against. Office and paper work outdated. No access to documents online, to be better prepared for office visit. Paper work unclear with no room to write family history. Her treatment of potential new patients beyond belief. Please entrust those you love to a more professional OB/GYN.

She was extremely unprofessional and rude to me. I believe she discriminated against me because of my weight. I was in my mid twenties when I went to her for my third baby and didn't realize her treatment was unprofessional until now that I am a little older.

I can't even believe this woman is still in business. She is the absolute worst OB/GYN any woman could ever go to. She is horribly rude and insensitive! Very unprofessional! DO NOT GO!

I was extremely happy with the ease of scheduling. I also made sure that the waiting room did not allow children which was a must for myself. I was seen at my appt time and Dr. Montz was very professional, she got to the point and did what I needed her to do. I have recommended her to several people so far who were also pleased.

Everyone gives horrible reviews for her and her office but I did not have the worst time going there. I am 19 and went through my first pregnancy (and adoption) and I had a better time than I had expected. It was a hard time for me and she helped me through it. She even called me a week after the birth and made sure I was doing alright and talked to me for a little while about the adoption and how everything was for the best and will be alright. Very thankful for this doctor!
