Dr. Han failed to inform me that colonoscopy procedure has been cancelled. I went through all the steps of preparation for 4 -5 days, arrived to surgical center by 7am, and was told that I was not on the list for that day. Dr. Han didn't even apologize for this incident to me, 75 yr old patient. Rude and Unprofessional. NOT GOING BACK!

Best Gastro Dr.
I have been seeing Dr Han for over 20 years. Yes you may have to wait. Some patients are sicker and need more time. When your very sick wouldn’t you want the Dr to take more time with you? Dr. Han is a very good diagnostician and one of the most intelligent and kind caring doctors I have ever known or worked with.

Dr. Han is very personable and it is a pleasure to talk with her during an office visit. The prep for a colonoscopy is the most tolerable I’ve experienced. I have and will continue to recommend her.

The first time I met with Dr. Han, she seemed to have been accommodating. The second time, she was rude, impatient and extremely condescending toward me. I asked her a question pertaining to my condition and she started huffing and puffing, completely ignored my question, placed her hand on the door knob and proceeded to walk out without a response. She ordered her PA to schedule another appointment in one months' time. I informed the PA that I will not be back in one month's time and that I will NEVER be back again.

I moved my records to Dr. Han following an incomplete colonoscopy with another physician. Good thing because she found a precancerous polyp that was trending badly. She is very direct and I think some interpret her as rude. She is very caring in reality and prioritizes her patients highly. I find her very skilled and she is awesome to me!

If you can, literally find ANY other gastroenterologist in Atlanta. This one is the WORST. She is impatient and the overall experience was terrible. Take my word for it- this doctor is complete garbage.

Dr. Han may have saved my life, so yup, she rates 5 stars from me. She diagnosed Crohn’s in my small intestine while doing my first colonoscopy. I feel a lot of doctors might have missed this since she sort of went the extra mile (or two inches). I’ve had annual procedures ever since with never a complication. She prescribed a great medicine and I’m alive and my Crohn’s is in remission. This is what I expect from a doctor. Having to wait a few minutes extra sometimes is well worth it.

Dr. Agnes Han has thick Korean accent, accompanied by a mean, non-professional demeanor, and lack of patience. She yells at you for repeating your questions, when you do not understand what she says. Dr. Han thinks that everyone around her is stupid, so instead of helping you - she lectures you. Doctors like that should have their license taken away.

Horrible! The 2nd procedure with her went well (had to wait 2.5 hours in a room to see her before the procedure). Then, never got back to me after my procedure despite the fact I called them a few times for results and I was told that they would call me if there was an issue. 4 years later I receive a letter from them saying that I owe them the fee for the procedure (evidently they did not even bother to file an insurance claim) and they also filed at small claims court. Never had an issue with payments in my life let alone small claims court!!! So lousy administration. Her office surely knows how to damage your mental health and financials with all this hassle.

dr han has been my doctor for well over a decade. I think she needs to learn about loyalty to her patients who drive from braselton to see her when they have tons of choices of physicians to see. I never had an issue until recently requesting a drs letter for a colonoscopy. I am a nurse and needed to obviously be off the night before the procedure for bowel prep reasons, and the night of the procedure. I work night shift fyi. OK, I am a northside nurse and they will write you up without a drs letter. its an unexcused absence. they refused to email it, only they dont' have a modern office with electronic health records, so they weren't able to put it on mychart system or myonechart system. they got the nerve to cite PHI and HIPAA. they wanted me to drive 2 hours after to pick it up after 3:30. I work at 640pm. How was that gonna work out. I gave a fax number that they agreed to send it to and had me waiting and then said "after 3:30" I had to cancel. Dr Han and Tanya, You ain't right!

Dr. Han has taken care of my husband and me for years. She saved my life! She found a polyp that was pre-cancerous that another Dr. had missed. Her skills are a gift from God. I recommend her to everyone that asks me about a gastroenterologist. I have been a Registered Nurse for 47 years and feel safe and secure with Dr. Han!

I have only had an initial visit with Dr. Han, so I will post again after she completes my colonoscopy; however, since she was recommended by a friend of mine, I thought it appropriate to review my initial impression. I had almost no wait time at her Old Milton Parkway office. Her staff was friendly. My forms were sent to me ahead of the visit and were prepared, so that probably helped. After weight and blood pressure, etc., Dr. Han came in, and we talked for a few minutes. She answered my questions and seemed very knowledgeable. She reviewed my medical and family history, and ordered some related tests. I was satisfied with the time spent, and her manners.

Dr Han is great but her office staff leaves a lot to be desired. The last appointment I had there, the scheduler kept her back to me while I asked questions about a follow up. Phone manners are completely lacking and the staff tends to cut you off mid-sentence. It's a shame Dr Han's staff are completely different from her - she is very genial and engaging.

I am a physician myself and I believe that treating patients with respect begins with respecting their time. She is routinely 45 minutes late, not because she takes time with her patients but because she is disorganized...for a colonoscopy for my husband scheduled at 6 pm, she wasn't even in the building at 7:30!!!!
