Dr. Agnes Bahng, MD

Dr. Agnes Bahng is absolutely phenomenal! She took the time to thoroughly explain my conditions, answered all my questions with patience, and made me feel genuinely heard. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking excellent medical care.

really bad, really though, the place looks so run down and chaotic it doesn't even feel like it's a doctor's office, more like a war zone last minute hospital back in the 70s in vietnam, really disorganized also how they treat people, they don't have it down, they don't even tell on the phone things like 'fast' or drink water for urine, they move you from place to place inside the place like they're clueless, the staff is super rude, especially on the phone, for one the receptionist doesn't understand or speak proper english it's very difficult to communicate, she's got a nasty attitude treating people like junk, she's gotta go, the phone system sucks since it goes to voice mail even during office hours, or anyone responds and puts rudely on hold indefinitely without even understanding how fast it happened. really the whole office gotta be kicked and re-staffed, nothing wrong with the actual doctor, but she's clueless most likely of how bad it's mismanaged and the staff acts.

Chaotic office, cleanliness a concern, and wait was over a hour. Still requesting reimbursement for my co-pay since I walked out.

My primary care physician hired Dr. Bahng into her practice. She seems to be ok as a doctor even though she is glued to her computer screen and doesn't really make any eye contact. I saw my PCP 3 weeks ago and was unable to print out a form for a handicap placard before my appt time. My daughter dropped the form off for me and now Dr. Bahng is insisting of a charge of $30. So, I am now forced to spend even more of my very limited budget on something I am in desperate need of. Thanks doc.
