My father had a chest xray to determine level of fluid in lungs. Three weeks later we still do not have results of xray despite multiple calls to the office and promises of return calls. The Doctor has been non-responsive to our concerns. This Doctor was recommended by the primary physician and although I was pleased with his treatment of my father during office visits, this type of patient disregard is not acceptable in my opinion.

My Father was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis in May 2015. He was sent home with oxygen. He was written orders for a sleep study, he was not able to get the results until 10 days later. Any other place he would've had them the next day. Order written for a CPAP, the only way the order was correctly faxed was I got the order and faxed myself. This process took about a month. A portable oxygen concentration order was written, same problem, I had to fax it. My Daddy did not get this at all. Deali
