It's always long waiting even though you were there with an appointment, office people are very rude, specially an old lady is always there doing nothing but constantly chatting with other girls, so they don't care to answer you. But the Doctor himself is a nice person and good, if you can reach him, because he is not always there and the office people can't tell you when or what days he will be, so you never know even though you have an appointment that you can see the doctor or not.

This place is the worst. The front desk purposely does not place appointments into the system and has the audacity to contact the patient and ask if they’d still like to keep their appointment two hours later before the office closing time. This has happened multiple times. Additionally, they did not see an asthmatic patient that was at risk for COVID after the patient pleaded to see the doctor for his medication that needed to be refilled. Extremely unprofessional and rude women that work at the front desk. Additionally, the doctors do not conduct a thorough examination of the patients. They try to conduct short assessments within a 5-10 minute period which is sometimes not enough for the patient’s medical issues. I understand that due to the influx of patients, 5-10 minutes is all they have, but the quality of the assessment is poor. Strongly, strongly, strongly do not recommend this office. You’re better off seeing another doctor.

Doctor himself is great but he has awful medical assistants and receptionists. They are rude and they forget to schedule appointments and inform you of any follow-ups.
