One needs to keep in mind that it is not the Doctor that scheduled patient's appointments; therefore, doctors do their best to give every patient the appropriate time to spend with each one to address their needs. So do not rate a doctor's care on the doctor but the office as well. Dr. Yancey is an excellent doctor and she cares for all of her patients

Since space is limited here: Long wait time in the exam room with a 9 year old (the appointment was booked a month in advance, we arrived more than 15 minutes early). I actually had to get up and leave. I asked for a refund at the front desk and was told to call the billing department the next day. I know that Doctors like to blame other patients for long wait times. But it's the scheduling, you should schedule extra time. I don't know if Physicians East is better, but I am going to find out.
