Today was my 3rd or 4th visit to this office. When I arrived they handed me a sheet of my personal information which had a primary care physician listed as someone I had never even heard of or ever seen. Every single time I go they have my medications listed wrong. I have corrected them every time and today I just said "yeah" that is what I take. I give up. I sure hope they didn't give my Info to some random doctor I have never heard of. I showed up on time for a 3:20 appointment . I walked out
