Terrible provider. Extremely egregious and inept.
She is lazy, inept, and blows you off. Nothing positive to say about her practice. Worth zero stars.

Rude and unkind staff and coworkers, horrendous Doctor, lacking compassion and empathy. Rarely does referrals to other Doctors, or will refuse to help. I have been diagnosed with a life threatening illness Dr. Trout missed completely and told me I was "just being sensitive" when I came to her with failing joints and chronic pain.

Dr. Trout is the most wonderful health care partner a patient can have. She looks you in the eye to get to really know you and your holistic needs. She spots things I had not even considered. She studies your chart in advance of the visit so time with her is all about me and my overall health. I am most fortunate to have found this primary care doctor and look forward to aging well with her at my side.

I feel that Dr. Trout is, for the most part, technically proficient, but DEFICIENT and neglectful in communicating with her patient. She also missed the correct diagnosis of a skin infection I developed from some kind of insect bite, and the medication she RX'ed not only did no good, but allowed the infection to spread from my back all the way down my leg. (I cleared it up myself using a cream I ordered from the Vermont Country Store.)
