Dr. Adriana Luciano-Del Valle, MD

I saw this provider today at celebration winter garden and this provider was talking to me in a very condescending tone and saying “that makes no sense” after every sentence I would speak. I told her I didn’t like how the conversation was going and that it felt very condescending and confusing and she got up and said “ I won’t have a patient speak to me that way” and proceeded to have a conversation about me in the hall way to a medical assistant. I work in health care and have no idea how a provider could speak to a patient the way she was speaking to me. She puts a bad imagine on Marcentels office. As a patient I’m allowed to advocate for myself and she hated that.

I had never met Dr. Luciano the first time I spoke to her - I had called the emergency line for my OBGYN office due to severe abdominal pain at 36 weeks and she was the doctor on call. She seemed very annoyed that she was dealing with a patient on a weekend evening, and she was very short in her responses. She ended up referring me to the ER, and the way she spoke to me made me feel stupid for calling, like I should have known that I should have gone straight to the emergency room. As a first time mom, I didn’t want to go to the ER without consulting my OB first. Overall, the interaction left a bad taste in my mouth, but it could be that she was having an off day. I definitely will never request to see her, but based on other positive reviews, it’s possible she’s a better provider in person.

Dr. Luciano is extremely rude. I would not recommend her to anyone. She lacks the people skills needed to do her job effectively.

I absolutely loved my experience with Dr. Luciano - she delivered my son in March of 2020. She is extremely personable, she actually takes the time to listen to your concerns, and most importantly, finds solutions to your problems. I would 100% recommend her.

I was with this practice for almost a year, and after three difficult miscarriages I was let go from my obgyn at 36 weeks pregnant because I missed one appointment due to issues with my insurance which the office Manager Sue was aware of as she had spoke with my HR department. My HR department let Sue know that they were working on my insurance documentation and would provide the office with a group number in a few days before my next appointment was due. She was the first of her kind to actually listen to me and help me . Other physicians in my past just brushed it off . She knew exactly what to do and solved everything I had . The staff is very friendly and they all make you feel very comfortable.

I do thorough research before picking any doctor. So the fact that I picked this doctor after thorough research, says alot. When we actually got to their office, we found their team (Mel & Jen) to be very friendly and professional, and you can tell that they genuinely care and give their best. We found the same care and professionalism from Dr. Luciano herself. Another great part was the waiting time; we never had long waits in the waiting room, and were always seen on time.

I see Dr. Luciano at the Weston location, which is the smaller office, but very clean and nice. My husband and I love Dr. Luciano and her team, especially Jen! This is our first baby and we feel very comfortable with Dr. Luciano - she has a wonderful and positive spirit and always takes her time to listen and answer all of our questions.

Dr. Luciano-Dell Valle delivered my first child. She is very easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. She made the whole process easy and comfortable. All of the nurses in the office and great as well. Always helpful.
