My dad had Covid and was prescribed an antibiotic, but was given a different medication instead. I called and told them about their mistake. First they told us that the pharmacy we used didn’t have it and would send a script to a different pharmacy that is a 1 hour away. When I asked the doctor what we should do in the meantime, he said, “Nothing.” You have a senior parent with AFib who is disoriented and coughing constantly and that’s the answer you give us? Really??

This office deserves ZERO stars. I made an appointment because my oxygen level was dropping so low every night, even with a CPAP machine. The doctor was thorough and spent a lot of time with me. He wanted me to have a sleep study and to be issued a bipap machine. I waited several weeks and heard nothing at all so I started calling the doctor's office. They said I had to wait for the sleep center to call me. I waited some more and finally called the sleep center. They said they had not received anything from the doctor's office. I called the doctor's office and they said the sleep study had been denied by my insurance company and to just keep using the CPAP. I called the insurance company and they said they had not received the necessary documentation from the doctor. after numerous phone calls I finally had the in-lab sleep study. I was told the results would be sent to the doctor within 5 to 7 days. After 14 days I called the doctor's office. After making excuses, they
