I've been going to Dr. Bennett for over 10 years and while there is sometimes a wait, I feel the staff are polite and thorough. Dr. Bennett always takes time to answer any questions I have and provide a comprehensive exam. I appreciate the MyChart integration so I can also chat/text with someone any other concerns.

I have been very disappointed with the overall operation of the Piedmont ObGYN practice. The front desk was rude each time I arrived and brushed off my questions. I had multiple visits in a 3 month time period, each time, I was left waiting for at least 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment only to be taken back in the room and wait for another 30 - 45 minutes. It is nearly impossible to get a call back from their office staff and I felt rushed throughout the whole experience. Terrible.

Dr. Bennett is fantastic, but the office staff is terrible. Rude, short, and unprofessional at times, both on the phone and in person.
