Office & Doctor do not return calls
Although I appreciated Dr. Jain during appointments, his office staff and his follow-up care leave a lot to be desired. 2 weeks before my 2nd appointment, I called to see if I needed bloodwork completed. 2 calls that week during office hours went to voicemail. No return call. The morning of my appointment, I had a call from the office asking if I could get bloodwork completed immediately. I was at work. Dr. Jain ordered bloodwork to be handled right after the appointment and said he would call as soon as all the test results came in. Four weeks later and one voicemail left again with his office -- no call. I will not be continuing as a patient.

Seem condescending. Dose not listen closely to patients but looks at their labs and makes decisions or recommendations.
