Incompetent
Very dismissive, rude, and does not listen to patients. Terrible bedside manner and not knowledgeable. Wrote prescription incorrectly, among other things. Should not be in this profession. Unbelievable. Any positive reviews are from fake accounts, clearly.

WOW, I wish I did my research & read all of these reviews. Would give 0 stars if I could. Saw her twice and called her office a few times before she finally returned my call. I too was interrogated and with a very rude tone she said "we are not communicating" and when we were apparently finished talking, she gave me next steps, said goodbye and sIammed the phone down to hang up. It literally left me with a pit in my stomach and almost shaking. It then soon turned to anger- how dare she treat me this way just because SHE failed to read the notes in my chart to bring herself up to speed prior to calling me! Then she would know what's going on with her patient, as she should. Maybe be proactive and initiate a call to ME to discuss my results that didn't make sense to her...or heck here's a novel idea, why not call the MD's office that sent them to interrogate THEM if it didn't make sense? I will not be returning to her, there are plenty of other Endocrinologists that would be more caring

GOODBYE to you! – Nov 23, 2019
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Schneider?
Called the office 5 times to get lab results, twice I spoke to a person, three times I spoke to an answering machine. When I finally made contact with her, I mentioned it took 5 calls to reach her and to my surprise in a Nasty and Condescending tone she basically was calling me a liar. She does not talk; she interrogates and seems to want to argue.

My Last Visit, Bye Bye – Sep 26, 2019
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Schneider?
I agree with most of these reviews! Do yourself a HUGE favor and stay as far away as you can from Dr. Schneider! She truly is extremely nasty, condescending, rude and extremely unprofessional! Her questioning is as if you are being interrogated! I don't want to waste too much energy on this review.....just do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!!! This doctor does not even deserve one star!

I concur with many of the comments. Rude, condescending and spoke to me as if I was crazy and annoying for asking so many questions. She was also resentful that I wished to speak to her about my lab results and not the receptionist and yelled at my on the phone because she was busy and stressed and had other patients.

Do yourself a favor & find another doctor. As a previous poster said "Nasty, condescending, rude, unprofessional & her questioning is like being in an interrogation room" - COULD NOT BE MORE TRUE. My very 1st visit she walked in while on the phone & rushed the entire appointment. Told me I was 'in denial' about my illness when, hello, I'm there looking for help & guidance to maintain my diabetes! Now seeing a new doctor & could not be happier & healthier. Seriously, don't go to her.

Upon entering the exam room Dr Sschneider was friendly and pleasant. Dr. Schneider reviewed my file and took an updated medical history. She explained everything in layman terms and was very reassuring. She took time answering all my questions and did not make me feel rushed. This was only the second time I saw her but will definitely continue using her as my doctor.

Dr. Schneider is a wonderful and very well educated physician. It is very frustrating for a Doctor of her specialty when a patient is referred and does not take their illness seriously in the first place. Therefore, this makes it more difficult for a physician to perform their job. She tells you like it is and it's upsetting when a patient doesn't even make an attempt to work with the doctor and follow their recommendations. She's a superior physician that more patients should be happy to see

Based on the American Diabetes Association's referral service, I went to Schneider for a face-to-face visit for full info re: my newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes. An unfortunate waste of time. She didn't understand why I was there since I'm not taking medicine & had very little to say about living with it, it's potential complications if not controlled, etc.

Disappointed patient in Great Neck, NY – Jul 07, 2016
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Schneider?
Nasty, condescending, rude, unprofessional and her questioning is like being in an interrogation room. I abhored my entire visit! I hate to break it to you doc but YOU are not the only endocrinologist around and you should not act as such. She needs to take some bedside manner classes because she obviously failed that in Med school. She may be a good diagnostic doctor but why would anyone stick around to find out. The woman was a disaster from the second she walked into the room.

apparently i am NOT the only who had a terrible experience with this dr. adina schneider. i just saw other reviews (should've done my research before meeting with her).it's definitely a pattern. she was rude & nasty! she wasn't asking questions like a typical doctor would, she was interrogating me. she made me feel super uncomfortable. needless to say, i wasted my time & money! in addition, it seems like its an office thing! the receptionist was rude with an elder man when i got there. so sad.

Horrid!! Dr. Schneider, made me feel uncomfortable, questioning me as to why my primary doctor sent me, as if it was unnecessary, and proceeded to tell me she would do a sonogram, just to make him happy.
