Dr. Shroud is just ok
Dr. Shroff took forever to see me as a patient and I mostly have only seen his fellows he never actually sees anyone himself unless you specifically ask the fellows for him and wait another two hours. He knows very little about my condition but does show genuine concern and eventually ordered the testing I needed for my condition after making me jump through hoops. I saw him for the condition POTS and he barely knows anything about it to be honest. Luckily I was able to get the diagnosis through him and the testing was done by a colleague but it took forever. I was so relieved to have him believe me enough to do the testing. So he’s not good or bad just like an ok doctor.
