Needs to Pay Attn to Staff
I hate giving him such a small score, because he as a professional was pretty okay. But, his staff at Pulaski are mostly horrible. I have severe PTSD after leaving there, even two years later. As someone with extreme anxiety, it was hard to meet with him in a room full of people, and be able to talk without panicking. Especially with the nursing supervisor who is absolutely terrible. I read my PT notes and they made me sounds terrible. I wish he would’ve seen me as the person I am…. And not who others documented me off. They made me into an absolute nut case. But he was a jolly man. Made me smile. However, when his staff are pressing on the fears of his patients… blood pressure is going to skyrocket. No one took the time to get to know me— PS.. that reading of 289 over 113 was INSANE LOL. Not real. I was moving and pulling and fleeing. I wasn’t defiant. I was SCARED. Get new staff.

Dr. Ladenika saved my life. I've been to two other behavioral health units, including UVA, and them in particular infuriated me. Dr. Ladenika took the time to understand me and I'm finally on the path to recovery. 5 Stars for Dr. Ladenika doesn't even express my full gratitude.

Dr. Ladenika is a wonderful doctor. After my mom had a bad experience with another doctor, Dr. Ladenika got her back on track with the right medications. Just sorry he has left Lewis Gale Alleghany but wish him luck in Pulaski. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my mom Dr. Ladenika.
