Excellent Health Care
I’ve been going to Dr. Zakhary for 7+ years and for me to give a high review does not even begin to do justice for the extraordinary practice and dutiful physician he was been to myself and my family. His knowledge and care is in unmatched. His Professionalism and robust medical care continues to eliminate and prevent any and all of my health concerns. I trust Dr. Z implicitly and recommend his practice to others. You will be appreciative and glad you trusted his knowledge in your healthcare needs.

The Best Doctor!
Dr. Zakhary has been my physician for years and I just cannot recommend him more! He has always been there for me whether it’s just a cold or something that really needs medical attention. It’s a big relief when you know that you can completely trust your physician. Whenever I come to his office I always feel welcomed and taken care of quickly and professionally. Dr. Zakhary is always attentive to my needs and all medical treatments has been perfect and always worked. Thank you so much Dr. Zakhary!

Office staff
After moving to the metroplex, I was looking for a great internist. I was highly impressed with him, but Amy & Michelle do not follow up on things. Dr. Zakary wanted me to go to Lab Corp for bloodwork (he doesn’t do lab work in his office). After a week, I called his office to get my results. Had to make another appointment to get my results. Because of office staff, I will not be going back!

DO NOT GO….
Do not go here….Very unprofessional from start to finish. Over charged my Medicare Supplement. A simple office visit cost me $500.00!!!!! My insurance company told me not to pay anything over their payment made to him!!!

Very caring and understanding
Went to Dr Zakhary for an examination prescription and advise on my medical condition Dr took time to explain what happened got prescriptions and follow up if needed and at end of visit asked about my wife and daughter who are also patients but nice that he asked about them

Terrible billing and office staff
Good doctor, terrible office staff. I took the time off work to come in today. Was told that if I could not pay an old bill from 3 years ago that they had not invoiced right that second ( I offered to pay a portion) that I could not see the doctor. Why not call me in the 10 days since I made the appointment to discuss this instead of when I walk through the door?! Have had problems with surprise bills here previously. There are other good doctors out there, I would stay away from this practice.

Dr Zakhary at A-Z Internal Medicine is a superior Doctor… if I could give him 10 stars I would! He corrected a concerning health issue I had for several years… on my first visit he listened to what I had to say …and within minutes he knew exactly how to correct my issues…. I didn’t know right then and there….that he would be an answer to my prayers… within a week I was no longer having those same issue! I’m am so very blessed that I found him… what a Gem!!

UPDAYE !! Well it has been almost 1 year since Dr. Zakhary's diagnosis that sent me to the emergency room in June 2020. Since June with Dr. Zakhary's guidance,wisdom, and knowledge I have managed to lose 60lbs. Lower my A1-C to 5.0 and save my kidneys. Kidney function is now at 45. I also had a total knee replacement in November 2020. I now walk 3 miles per day, everyday & work out on exercise bike 20 minutes per day. I strongly recommend Dr. Zakhary for your primary care physician. I have never felt more in control of my health. I am 66 and I feel 45 years old. Make your decision to be healthy not sick. And get to Dr. Zakhary's office as quick as you can.!! THANK YOU !!!! DR. ZAKHARY and Your AMAZING STAFF !!!. Debra Crowley

I've been a patient of Dr. Zakhary for about three years now. I am so glad I found him. Since day 1 he took care of my health issues. Dr. Zakhary is very professional and cares about his patients' health. The staff at A-Z Internal Medicine is also amazing. They are all very friendly and nice. YES. Dr. Zakhary is a excellent medical doctor. I have been seeing him as my primary doctor for more than 15yrs. His bedside manner is excellent ,his knowledge in medicine is up to date, he is concerned about patient's health, wellbeing and very happy to see them getting better.
