Dr. Shaheen was kind and thorough, which I very much appreciated. However, the office space is very small and tight and not conducive to people with wheelchairs. It was nearly impossible to navigate. The staff were all kind and helpful. However, during a pandemic which requires personnel to wear a mask, 2 of the 5 I came into contact with weren’t wearing one and one of those was in my face while applying an EKG. That’s just unacceptable in an office that sees so many high risk people. Lastly, i was told he was running on time, but I waited an hour to see Dr. Shaheen, which made me late for my second appointment that was only just across the street.
