Dr Doom was what I named him.
My Mom was in ICU at delray medical 5 yrs ago on life support with sepsis. He stood over my mom and asked me would I want to be like this, would my mother want to be like this? How cold and uncaring. I think he would have pulled the plug right then and there if he could have. And then said 'I'm just giving you the facts my friend'. No definitely not my friend ever! When he left the room the nurse said, 'no one listens to him'. Worst experience of my life. What a relief to have the kidney dr tell me she had a chance to pull through. The nurses were amazing and caring and between them and I being there 15 hrs a day she survived and made a full recovery and still doing very well at 83 yrs old. The hospital should be ashamed to have let him oversee such critical patients. The other drs in her care did amazing and didn't need anyone else trying to interfere.

Horrible doctor
In one word…horrible! He was the attending doctor for my sister in a Skilled Nursing Facility for 3 weeks and she never saw him once!! He never ordered all her meds and he allowed her to be moved from a private room to a 2-bed room even though she had been diagnosed with MRSA following major cancer surgery. If he will bills Medicare for visiting her daily I intend to report him. Avoid this doctor if you can…read his other awful reviews.

This doctor was excellent for my wife and me. Advice and prognoses were very good. He is a good listener and arrives at his decisions with reasons which I found to be enabling my understanding of my condition.....

Went twice to this Dr. during the pandemic. Both times he had his nose popping out above his mask. Waited an hour and half both times only to feel rushed through. He suggested I get the booster when it comes available, I agreed. He then proceeds to lecture me on getting the booster????

Shame on Delray Medical Center to allow an unprofessional, arrogant doctor like Dr Monsour to deal with sick patients.

There are no words to describe the horrendous disgraceful care that was received by this man. I hope nobody has to go through the horror of having this Dr care for them or their loved ones at any time. He is mean and cruel ! Shame shame shame on him and shame on Delray hospital for allowing such a person to be around sick patients especially ones in ICU who are not well and then to have this rude, nasty, uncaring and sad excuse for a Dr near them is really awful.

This so called doctor is very rude and unprofessional. He does not have any concern for patient care... at least that was my experience with him. He is the Humana doctor for Delray Med Center. He should not be treating patients! My complaints about him are too long to explain on this venue.

Dr. Adel Mansour This Dr. was assigned to me at the Delray Medical Center and he was the most rude, careless and unprofessional Dr. that I have to deal with ever. Because of a day-long delay on one of my tests without any justification, he came to my room and told me that if I wanted to complain about it, I will have to go directly to the MRI department or if I didn't like that then to go elsewhere basically told me to go home. This called “Doctor” shouldn't be dealing with patients or the public in general. I don't understand how the hospital allows these types of Doctors to work at their facilities. Just go online and read all the horrible reviews that are posted on him. The worst doctor ever!!!

He was the on call doctor for the practice when i needed to get a hold of a physician urgently. I left 6 messages with his answering service. 6!!!! How careless do you have to be to not return a phone call a patient states is an emergency???? I spoke to him briefly the day before and made mention of another doctor who I did not like and instead of focusing on the problem at hand, he spent 8 minutes defending the other doctor because it was his friend. No "bedside manner", no compassion, useless!

I would not recommend him to anyone! As a Humana Hospitalist he could not care less about the wellness and treatment of the patient. All he cares is in discharging the patient ASAP if he was lucky enough to be admitted for treatment. He does not listen to ER Doctors and RN suggestions and patient's concerns even denying admittance by phone, he left a patient without meds for 3 days and did not return RN calls nor messages. He treats other health coworkers irrespectfully. Should NOT be hospitalis

The doctor gets a five star, the staff is barley a 2. You could not find a more caring, compassionate and intelligent physician. He was thorough and professional while being personable and incredibly friendly. I am so thankful that we have found a quality primary care doctor. The staff is friendly enough but terribly disorganized and the receptionist at the front is loud and rude. I will tolerate the staff because the doctor is a true treasure.

Dr. Monsour may come across kind and caring, but his actions are the opposite. My father was rushed to Delray Medical with a mini stroke one evening. Dr. Monsour was his doctor at the hospital. He left without prescibing blood pressure meds and IVs. The next morning, my father's blood pressure went threw the roof (well over 200). My sister visited him and the nurse told her that Dr. Monsour didn't return her calls all day, so they couldn't give him anything. The nurse said he does this often.
