Trauma hip surgery and good as new
I fell and broke my R (acetabulum) hip/pelvis traumatically on my way to work in October, 2022. Went to the ER and after xrsys and a CT scan, my broken hip was diagnosed. Then the ER sent me home. Saw Dr. Warren 3 days later and he wondered out loud why was I sent home, because he told me I needed surgery. He called the radiologist who read my films and voiced his unhappiness with my care. Had my surgery a week after my fall and got excellent care by Dr. Warren. He pushed for physical therapy right away and 3 months later, I was walking 2-3 miles daily again and back to working my RN job. He did a great job and I was impressed with his knowledge and skill set. I would highly recommend him for anyone who needs compassionate and quality orthopedic care!

Orthopedic trauma surgeon I trust! – Jun 04, 2023

I fell onto a cement sidewalk and crushed my patella (kneecap). I was referred to “a Trauma Surgeon”...Dr Adam Warren. He has surgically repaired the fracture 3 days ago. Dr Warren is one of the nicest surgeons I’ve ever met. He was very thorough in his explanations. I felt like I was in good hands. His office director, Reggie, is another fantastic person. He’s young (I’m not...so he could outlive me!). Besides being a talented surgeon he is also a fun guy to talk to!! You’re in good hands if you ever get referred to Dr Warren!

Dr Warren is caring, knowledgeable and thorough. I am having pain and range of motion issues associated with a hip replacement done by a different doctor in Oct 2018. We went to Dr Warren because he fixed our son's broken pelvis after a cycling accident. Dr Warren acquired the appropriate X-rays and CT-Scans. After spending significant time discussing the symptoms and looking at scans he readily admitted that and could not see a obvious problem, so referred us to a specialist. He provided us names of two highly qualified doctors who specialize in this area. We appreciated his honest assessment and genuine interest in finding a solution to the quality of life issue. He is not someone who will come up with a solution for the sake of providing a solution. He demonstrates the qualities and competency that all doctors should have.

I was fortunate that Dr. Warren was on duty in the Memorial Hospital trauma department when I arrived by ambulance after breaking my left femur in a cycling accident. I was told by an attending RN that I was in luck, that Dr. Warren was just the Dr. to treat my type of injury. He was an excellent communicator in dealing with me and my wife who was able to take a picture of my x-ray. After 10 weeks of therapy, at the age of 78, I was grateful to start riding again. Absolutely one of the best orthopedic doctor I have seen in my 40 years as a Registereed Nurse. My 87 year old mother in law had a broken hip. She had no complications, no infection and very little pain. She's at home now and doing great. Dr Warren has a great bedside manner, a good listener and professional. I highly recommend him

I came under the care of Dr. Adam Warren after I fell off a ladder and smashed my pelvis. He had studied the technique of pelvis rebuilding and after my surgery in six weeks I could put full weight on my right leg and continue with full physical therapy in learning how to walk again. I started riding my bike again and doing weight training. If it hadn't been for Dr. Warren's expertise I'm not sure I'd be walking regularly again. I would recommend Dr. Warren in a heartbeat. Thanks.

Dr. Warren performed a very successful 4 hour surgery on my broken and dislocated pelvis after a horse falling on top of me 6 months ago. I was very worried something would happen along the way to prevent me from saddling up again, but Dr. Warren kept in touch with me throughout the process and eased my worries, including a call in the middle of the night. I just had my first ride yesterday, and can't believe how good it felt with my new hardware! So thankful he was on call when this happened

Dr. Adam Warren is a world-class surgeon who performed 12 hrs of surgery on me in Dec 2014. I suffered a shattered pelvis and hip as a result of a road bicycle accident at the age of 56. I was concerned that my passionate sport of road cycling steep hills was over. Dr. Warren's surgery was so effective that even with an expected recovery time of 2 yrs, I was able to get back on a bicycle in <2 mos, climbing steep hills <4 mos & participated in 2016 Markleeville Death Ride ~18 mos after surgery.

I always felt not only that he had performed an excellent surgery. But that he kept me updated in a realistic fashion as to the severity of my injuries and short term prognosis. He is a confident and knowledgeable surgeon who made me feel at ease every step along the path.
