Unprofessional and Rude
Unprofessional and rude over the phone. People like this are better suited working in waste management than with people. A silver spoon is the only qualifier that this joke of a 'doctor' has. Customer service at fast food has more professionalism.

There are no words!
There are no words to express how much I respect and admire Dr. Adam Rowan. I was his patient for over 45 years and would still be a patient if I had not moved out of the area. My initial visit to Dr. Rowan was out of desperation after many years and other doctors miss- diagnosing my bronchial asthma. Within two visits he diagnosed my condition, gave me medication and within a short period of time my visits became yearly check ups. I believe this is all Dr. Rowan‘s knowledge and treatment. Nancy has been with Dr. Rowan for many years and is always personable and helpful.

Dr. A. Rowen is a good doctor. Nancy, the nurse refused to give me an appointment earlier today (10/20/20). I had no other choice but to call my pharmacist so she can get a prescription from the doctor for asthma medicine refill. It took the pharmacist 2 phone calls! Dr. Rowena has now lost a patient because of Nancy's behavior and unprofessionalism...
