Short wait time helpful staff overall.

This one star is generous. In March I made an appointment at Dr. Port’s office because my big toenail was brown and kept breaking. The appointment was at 12:30. I arrived at the office at 12:15 with all my paperwork completed. There were no other patients in the office. Over the next hour and fifteen minutes that I waited to be called back, the waiting room filled up. Finally, I was called back and taken for x-rays – for a toenail issue. Then was put into a room and waited another 20 or so minutes for Dr. Port to come in for less than 10 minutes. He looked at my toe and said it was either a toe fungus or a damaged nail bed that would require surgery. He ordered a toenail biopsy. He mentioned that I had some arthritis in the bones on the top of my foot. Then told me he would call in a prescription for antibiotics in case I needed surgery so I wouldn’t have to come back to the office before surgery. After 3 weeks, notes weren’t posted in the patient portal about the visit, and no one had
