Horrendous! I have never been treated so rudely and been so disrespected by anyone let alone my medical doctor whom I've been a patient of for years! He literally told me he had no time for my health concerns that I went to talk to him about and told me he could recommend a psychiatrist! Imagine !!!! And he's walking out the door as I'm still trying to ask questions! Shameful!

Disgusting Behavior
I honestly do not feel he even deserves 1 star. I had been a patient of Dr. Ozols for several years, and had never had an issue like this. However, I am an adult and don't frequently visit. I had a telehealth visit with him (Summer of 2021) because I had wanted to request an antibody test. As soon as he came on he asked me if I was vaccinated and when I told him I was not (which I am sure he knew already, as this info had already been asked by his staff), I could not even get a word out and he completely berated and disrespected me. When I tell you literally YELLING and saying things no person, let alone doctor has business saying. I kept my cool at the time, as I was honestly in a state of shock. He told me to go find a new doctor and new practice. I have been coming here my entire life, how about not. But yes, I will gladly pass on ever seeing you again! I am writing this review today as a co-worker was just telling me about a disgusting incident with her doctor, DR OZOLS. FIGURES!

Beware
I have never been disrespected by any professional, let alone a doctor, quite like I was by Dr Ozols. I came to him, sick and vulnerable and he completely dismissed me, even told me it was BS (he used the full words)! He acted like I was inconveniencing him by being there. The only thing he offered was to refer me to a psychiatrist, then he never filled out any visit notes, so he didn’t even do that! I don’t know how he has been in the past, but honestly, the way he treated me, he shouldn’t be allowed to practice medicine. Shame on him.

Outstanding primary care physican
Dr. Ozols has been my primary care physician for six years, and he is outstanding in every way. He is always aware and on top of the latest research and has helped me navigate difficult health decisions. He is among the best listeners I have experienced, and his diagnostic ability is outstanding. I highly recommend him.

Unsettling lack of connection with this doc. I’ve never seen a doc become so agitated during an exam. Staff was delightful.

This guy had the audacity to tell my aunt that she was "ignorant" for not get the shot because she suffered from Bells Palsey before that is a listed side effect. He continued with his unprofessional behavior by then claiming that she practiced "witchcraft". Appalled, she responded, "No I don't." In which he struck back with, "Yes you do." I don't know about anyone else, but since when does a doctor talk to patients like that? Since when do Dr's put their patient down and down right call them stupid? Because, let's face it, that's exactly what he did. She also had Covid already and it didn't give her a hard time. He said, "Well you'll get it again and it will be worse." Says who? Honestly disgusting and I'm very happy that wasn't me in that room with him talking to me like that. How dare you sir!

Went for a follow up after experiencing issue with medication. Seemed uninterested in trying to answer the “why” this happened. Essentially said, “sounds like you had a bad reaction” and gave me list of doctors to see which included infectious disease experts. Why would I need to see an infectious disease expert? Was dismissive and seemed unable to answer questions or find answers to questions I had. Called office several times after. Was told someone from office would call back. After not returning a call after the 4 time calling I have given up. Will not go back and my wife will not be going back either. Maybe this is medical care now? I’m not sure how to help, so go see this specialist.

Dr. Ozols is without question the worst doctor I’ve seen in my three and half decades of life. I feel badly for anyone who happens to get pushed his way. He is a lazy and arrogant I went in bc I had a prolapsed hemorrhoid and he dismissed me within 20 minutes— saying that I was fine. Still dealing with the issue and getting surgery a week from now as a result.

Dr Ozols was incredibly condescending and arrogant. I have never been spoken to by a doctor like that in my entire life. He is obviously and angry person with zero bedside manor. If you cant take 5 minutes out of your schedule to speak with your patients that is not a doctor i want to see again!
