Dr. Adam Hart, MD

Dr. Hart is an excellent surgeon. However, he doesn’t communicate well with his patients. That is important to me when it concerns something as serious as laser surgery on my eyeball. The office staff, at Longhorn Eye Care, as a whole, were curt and dismissive. No matter with whom I spoke, conversations with staff members left me feeling like I was interrupting them, bothering them with questions or concerns. I was mostly referred to the blue folder info packet, I rec’d at my first visit, for answers. From conversations with surgery center staff and other post surgery patients of his, all expressed similar experiences. Even though Dr. Hart has a reputation of being a highly skilled, very competent and experienced surgeon, I would hesitate to recommend him without sharing my opinion and subsequent feelings about my experience as his patient.
