When you get an exceptional doctor, like Gafni-Kane, and team at Highland Park Hospital you should shout it out. Excellent care, communication, observation, skill, time spent. Rare to find such a doctor and care team for pre, post and during surgery.

Dr Gafni-Kane is an excellent Doctor! He explained my procedure to me thoroughly. He was very compassionate with innovative ideas to fix my problems and informed me of every detail of the operation. He is highly skilled surgeon with excellent techniques.

Had surgery with him which included mesh. Had to have mesh removal from another doctor because of the horrible pain I was in. Gafni Kane dismissed my pain each time and denied it was the mesh. But it was the mesh which was sewn into a muscle! Please ladies do your research!

Dr Gafni-Kane is an amazing Doctor! He is compassionate & patient and really takes the time to actually listen without rushing you at all. He has innovative ideas on how to help even the most complicated of situations. He explains procedures throughly as he goes through them with you, and makes you feel secure and comfortable even with painful therapies, and even shows empathy while going through it. I would highly recommend Dr Gafni-Kane to anyone I know!!

Hands down the best doctor I have ever had. I had never gone to a male doctor about my condition before, so I was nervous. He is the nicest, most empathetic, sensitive, and patient doctor you will find. Going to him was my last "Hail Mary" before I resigned myself to the fact that my condition would never get better. He had a perspective none of my other doctors have had about my condition and gave me hope for the first time in a long time that I would indeed get better.

Dr. Gafni-Kane is the epitome of outstanding physician. He is SO intelligent, attentive, compassionate, thorough, skilled and gentle (never hurt me), and down-to-earth. I'm so grateful to have found a physician who diagnosed me accurately and who was completely respectful and supportive of my treatment decision (to forgo drugs and opt for physical therapy first). If my adult daughter needed a urologist, I'd insist she see Dr. GK. I completely trust this man with my bladder. :)
