Excellent Surgeon and a wonderful person
She operated on me in 2014 and took out my gallbladder. I was in horrible shape when I finally went to the Er. She came right in and explained everything so that I could better understand. She took great care of me and helped get everything set up. There were stones in my bile duct. My liver and pancreas was affected and in a bad way. I spent 6 days total, I believe, in the hospital. It was 3 days before they would even attempt to touch me. She checked on me and made me feel comfortable about my situation. I have never felt that a doctor cared as much as she did, still to this day. Dr. Carlisle is not just an excellent surgeon but an awesome human being. I will forever be grateful for her care in a really hard time in my life! I could never thank her enough!!!

I met Dr. Carlisle in the Emergency Room at NE Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, GA. She diagnosed my diverticulitis, and eight months later, she performed surgery to remove the section of my colon that was diseased. Dr. Carlisle always took all the time I needed to answer my questions and she did not talk above my head, as is the case of many specialized surgeons. I am so thankful that she was the doctor on duty the day of my ER visit. I trust her with my life!
