Attentive and caring experience
Absolutely everything about my experience was excellent. From the first phone contact from Becca, to the Medical Assistant, Crystal to Dr. Dhruva, they demonstrated a truly caring attitude. Coupled with their personable and friendly interactions made this visit one I'll use as a bar I hope other medical professionals can meet.

Strongly recommend Dr. Dhruva
Dr. Achal Dhruva did my septoplasty as well as turbinate reduction last month and I could not be happier. I have always suffered with my nose, depending on nasal sprayers or saline water to help me breath. I don't know how I ended up with Dr. Dhruva last year, but I am so happy I did! He ordered a scan and told me I had a deviated septum, first time I heard about it!. He recommended a septoplasty and turbine reduction, but he didn't push the issue. He explained the procedure and I decided to wait until this year. I was scheduled for surgery in June 2023 but I started watching videos online (not a good idea) so I panic and canceled. I went back to see Dr. Dhruva, and he was very nice and patience. He took the time to go over AGAIN and cleared up any more questions I had due to watching the wrong videos online. I cannot express my gratitude! He didn't lie, the recovery was uncomfortable for about 5 days, but the pain wasn't as bad as I thought. Once he removed those splints, it was a

Highly recommend!
Dr. Dhruva performed my septoplasty last week, and I highly recommend him. I've had minimal pain, and my recovery has been very smooth. Just got home from my post-op follow-up, and everything is healing really well. As others have mentioned, he has a calming effect, and is very good about answering questions.

Amazing, amazing, amazing! Our experiences with Dr. Dhruva for both of our boys - tubes, tonsilectomy and adenoidectomy - has been nothing but well above the quality of care that was expected. His bedside manner has a calming effect. He is great at making sure you fully understand what is going on and what to expect from any procedure. He never pushed surgery. He recommended it and made us feel like it was our decision to determine if and how soon to do procedures. HIGHLY recommend him!

I went to Dr. Dhruva for a septoplasty a week ago. He completely fixed my deviated septum! I can breathe so much better now! I was expecting to be in terrible pain after the surgery, but the pain was minimal and I didn't need to take any pain meds. I'm very happy that I was referred to Dr. Dhruva. He did a great job!
