Unprofessional doctor
This doctor canceled on me without notice They didn’t have the courtesy of letting me know I got switched to see the nurse instead of seeing the doctor the day of my appointment How unprofessional is that ?After they had me waiting for almost 2 months to get the appointment I do not recommend this doctor at allClearly he has a lack of empathy and ethics

Terrible billing
The billing department there is TERRIBLE. There is no way to pay a bill online and when you call to pay it no one ever answers and no one ever calls back. Last week I received a threat letter to take me to COLLECTIONS for a visit that I was originally billed for on April 14 that I have tried calling 4 times to pay. The bill is 6 WEEKS OLD for $6.99 and they threatened me with COLLECTIONS because THEY can’t be bothered to do their job and answer their phone. I will NEVER go back and strongly advise you never go either, unless you want to have only tele-visits, to never actually have an appt with the doctor (to be fair, the nurse practitioner is great, but I’ve never once had an appointment with Dr Arshad), have impossible attempts to pay your bills because they can’t bother to use a payment portal or answer their phone, and be threatened with collections after 6 weeks over $6.99. TERRIBLE!

I had a really good experience with Dr Arshad, as a physician. He is excellent, and the test he did went exactly as planned and went really well. My ONLY issue is with the wait time in his office. They ‘tripple’ book. Both times I’ve had an appointment, I’ve waited in the waiting room for an hour and a half. That’s not including the next 30-45 minutes in the back. if these waits are normal, why can’t appointments be scheduled better?? Ugh.. Definitely needs a partner to take some of the load off

I am not sure why there are negative reviews/comments about Dr Arshad. I have had nothing but support and partnership as a patient. So far nothing but good experiences with this doctor and his office. Had a colonoscopy and he seems to care and treat me as a partner in my healthcare.

The only opening was for 3 months out. A few days before this appointment they called me to let me know it was cancelled. Their next opening wasn’t until another month later. It was scheduled for noon. I missed a call the morning of. I called back and was told they only called for a reminder. Took off work and showed up on time and then was notified Dr. Arshad would not be in till 3pm. Very unprofessional. Took off hours earlier than needed and the new time conflicts with a separate appointment.

Do not see this doctor as he does not care about his patients. My mother was scheduled for a colonoscopy. His staff gave me the information - stating to go to Greenview Hospital. However, he does not do the procedure at this hospital rather the Medical Center of Bowling Green. Once we get to the Medical Center, we wait for 45 minutes only to find out the Dr. Arshad is in Chicago. HIs office forgot to contact me to reschedule the appointment.
