EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE
he is absolutely one of BEST ENT SPECIALIST to work with in the Bay Area. I went for my daughter's sinus related issues, and he went through the process in such a meticulous way that I was completely amazed and mostly doctors do not have time to even listen much to your problem. Thank you, Dr. Hsieh, for everything you did for my daughter this morning

Not proactive
I went to Dr. Hsieh for a hearing loss. His team ran tests and sent me over to an audiologist. They found I had mild to moderate hearing loss in one ear and essentially said any hearing aid center is going to try and sell you a hearing aide. Since this time, I have been dealing with colds and sinus issues off and on. Which I just thought were something I was just prone to. Finally, I find Dr. Ally in Pleasanton and Dr. Yeung in San Francisco. Between the two of them they treat my allergies, sleep apnea and what turns out to more a bi-annual serious sinus disease. All of which Dr. Hsieh could not figure out. On top of this they show me that with a deviated septum I essentially cannot breathe through one nostril. If you have minor issues, go to Dr. Hsieh. If you have anything more complex, he is challenged and unwilling to go deeper. And lastly his bed side manner is like talking to crab grass. A complete waste of time and energy going to this man.

I had a nose cyst surgery by Doctor Abraham Hsieh. Now I have a full recovery and I start to enjoy my natural and simple breathing everyday. I started to practice deep breathing exercise a week ago. It is only possible because of non-blocking breathing. Doctor Hsieh,as I said before, you are my savior. I feel grateful to you.

The administration of this practice is a mess. Current system, in place a whole year already, cant access any records of old system which is where mine are. Staff either ignores FAX requests from medical supply companies for Medicare required certification or fall down a black hole. Dr. Hsieh's reaction when I discussed all this indicated that he didn't care. His attitude is unacceptable. In my opinion this reflects in a bad way on Dr. Hsieh and I recommend AGAINST seeing him for anything.
