I saw Dr. Zavod in her previous practice at Mass General Hospital. She is, hands down, the best doctor I have ever had. So responsive and seemed to completely "get" what I was sharing.

Probably one of the worst 1st appointments I have ever had with a doctor. It was a meet and greet to go over my health concerns in general. Her manner was unfriendly and awkward from the start. Her lack of medical knowledge was worrisome. She didn't know what a hysterectomy entailed. She didn't know the endocrine system either. She simply refers every complaint or question to another doctor. She did make sure to spend time letting me know she wouldn't prescribe narcotics. I hadn't asked her to.

She was incredibly passive, didn't care about any of my concerns, argued with everything i said, and she also made a comment about my birth mark (not even what i was there to be seen for) saying i should have it looked at because its in an odd spot. My mother had the same exact birth mark as i have, and its not changed shape nor has any other doctor ever made a comment about it, she had a very condescending attitude about it too . I will never see her again, worst doctor i have ever seen!

She really advocates for her patents! I have never reviewed a Dr before but she really blew me away. She really listens, asks the right questions, has a conversation with you and really figures out what the real problem is. I trust her with my life, and without giving my medical history, i have. She did what it took to make sure i got what i needed not only by her, but by the specialists too. Best Dr i have ever met!
