Dr. Abigail Richeson, DO

Dr. Richeson was very helpful and took time answering questions that we had. She’s very personable and easy to talk to!

I was scheduled for a new patient appointment with Dr. Richeson at 8 am. I arrived at 7:40 and sat in my car, calling to try to check in until 8 am. As soon as I was able to reach someone by phone, which didn't ring through until 8 am, I was told I was okay to come into the building. I was then told I was late for my appointment and it was canceled. There is NO notification for new patients that they're okay to enter the building without calling ahead, which is a normal practice for all my other medical providers. The receptionists were very friendly and understanding, but I was told it was the doctor's decision to cancel my appointment, even though I showed on my phone that I'd been calling and 7:43 a.m. tldr; I can't recommend this doctor to anyone. The communication was terrible for someone trying to come in as a new patient, which made me miss an appointment I scheduled 3 months ago.

Waited months to get initial appointment. One week before, the office called to reschedule as Dr. Richeson would not be in. Upon arrival I was told that you have to be 15 min early & needed to reschedule in July! Wasted 1/2 off work. Going elsewhere.
