Wrote me off
Dr. LOVE DISMISSED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS THAT I was already so nervous sharing about. Explaining EVERYTHING away as due to my medication. She made me feel lower than I've felt in a long time, judged me without caring to know me, and essentially assumes she can get away with a total lack of any Healthcare understanding. Let alone human experience I want nothing of what this woman has, so why should I just trust that this obviously unhealth and unhappy person to help me?

Terrible office, nurse & support staff
Dr love is a very kind, personable, and cautious care provider. However I have had multiple negative experiences (on separate occasions) with office employees over the years (on the phone, and also in the labs) who were rude. Coupled with how difficult it is to schedule appointments (booking more than a year out), I decided to switch doctors despite how hard it is to find PCPs accepting new patients these days.

Dr. Abigail Love, top tier provider
Dr. Love is the doctor you wish you'd always had. Kind, compassionate, smart, takes time to listen and respond thoughtfully and has a matter of fact resolution or care plan ready before you leave. Going to see her on the tough days is like going to see a trusted friend, who has years of professional medical experience and gives you evidence based treatment. She's a fantastic human, doctor and I feel very lucky to have her as my doctor.

Great PCP
Abby Love is a kind and respectful PCP who really listens and has helped me with a number of medical problems. I wish I could refer all my friends to her! Sometimes it can be hard to get into the office, but when I do, I I always have her undivided attention.

referrals are a nightmare
I had a great experience 2 years ago but the past year has been challenge having her as my PCP. I'm being given a hard time with referrals even though I've seen this doctor within the year. I'm required to make an appointment with her prior to all PT or imaging referrals which, as a runner and athlete, further delays receiving the appropriate care and coming up with a treatment plan. I have upcoming appointment in order to receive the PT referral or order from her that’s VIRTUAL. She's not even going to palpate my painful knee, nor am I being given an ortho referral without seeing her first. She already has all the info needed to provide the referral so I'm not understand the need for the virtual visit. If you want delayed care, rude nurses , and to be treated as if you shouldn't be advocating for your own care, then you've found the right physician and office. I'll be seeking a new PCP once my insurance allows.

Dr. Love is fantastic. She's kind, thoughtful, takes her time and asks a lot of questions. I felt she truly cared about my overall health - mental and physical. I feel so comfortable with her and have actually enjoyed the visits I've had with her. She understands HAES, wears her pronouns on her name tag and is very inclusive. I've recommended her to many friends.
