was seen in a very timely manner after a trip to the emergency room. the doctor was very kind, patient and explained everything to me. He wanted to get me well before doing any further testing. My wait time in his office was very short and he never seemed to make me feel rushed. Feel very lucky to have seen him.

I’ve been seeing him for a couple of years and honestly have nothing bad to say about his care. When he is with you he is very caring and attentive. Takes the time to address your concerns.

Don’t bother attending to his office. He don’t even know what he is even doing he is just guessing and won’t get the actual help u need. It’s a waist of time DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR AT ALL!

Waited 2 hours with no apology just a comment it was always this way.Never in 67 years have been treated this way from a rude incompetent receptionist. So unprofessional !

Been trying to get help for sleep apnea for 4 months with this practice. I’m still waiting for Dr to do a peer review and my insurance informed me they had not scheduled meeting to complete this step. I’m health and sleep is not improving and have high risk of vehicle accident due to falling asleep to and from work. This is the worst experience ever and can’t believe it.

Dr. Hourani, in my opinion. Try's to help people get the equipment they need at the best possible prices. However, his staff is rude and do not take the time to answer the phone. After seeing the Doctor in January or February of this year (2020) I requested that they send the sleep study to my primary care physician. As of to date, it still has not been sent and my primary care Doctor has repeatably try to contact Dr. Hourani's office to have them fax it over and they are not answering their phone as the girl is most likely sitting on it talking to her boyfriend... I suppose a lawsuit might wake her butt up and might teach them to fax things on to other Doctors.

RUDE RECEPTIONISTS, OVER TWO HOUR WAIT TIMES WITHOUT EVEN BEING SEEN, NASTY AND SMALL LOBBY, COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!!!

I've known Dr Hourani for many years and have never met anyone so knowledgeable and talented in saving lives with pulmonary issues. He has saved my mother and sister in law as well as customers I have had in the past. He is extremely proficient in what he does and has a heart of gold. He is always very busy however very much worth the wait to see him.

I always experienced at least 2 hours waits, several times waiting with sick people. I did not get return calls from the doctor ... after being instructed to call in to remind him of my care needs ... after my paid visits and ending with no care. When I came for appointments, nothing previously discussed had received any attention much less been done.

Dr. Hourani Has to be one of the most understanding Doctor that you could ever meet. He comes in with a smile and seems to leave you with a sence of well being. He is what the essance of the position of a Doctor that you will ever find.
