Questionable Billing Practice
During a follow up appointment from my colonoscopy I was asked for a copay. I stated there shouldn't be one for a follow up on getting my results. The front desk said that is what they have to do according to insurance. Which is not true it is the code they use to bill. My follow up to get my results gets billed as a consult visit per the doctor. If they code it as the follow up there would not have been a copay. This did occur five or so years ago so hopefully he has fixed his billing. Other than that as far as I can tell he was okay.

If I could give less I would
This Dr does not communicate well as far as questions and answers. After a few moments with him he basically said nothing can be done, when I offered tests and research I’ve done he said well maybe a different dr will be better. He kept insisting he knew what it was (after a brief time with him) misstating a particular test had not been done, after I started it was done on 2 different occasions and I passed the test he basically well I don’t know. Did not offer to continue any type of testing. So if you have a undiagnosed condition or it isn’t a cut and dry thing, this Dr is not for you. In no way shape or form is he an outside the box thinker. He does not have a very good back in forth conversation.

Dr. Razack was very thorough in his examination & explained the procedure. He helped calm my nerves, before & after my Colonoscopy . If there is a 10 ?????????????????????? Rating I would give it to him. People like Doc Razack , who have dedicated their life to medicine should be applauded & honored rather then vilified. Haters go get your pain meds somewhere else, not @ Do Razack’s office . Drug pusher he is not! Doc Razack heals the whole body, mind & soul ??

Doctor did a scope for a family member and he was great! He was very personal and came out after the procedure to update us. He not only updated us, but he sat at our table in the waiting room and explained everything. He sat and answered all of our questions and was very kind. He even brought a picture out to easily show us what was going on. Definitely would recommend!

Dr. did not do exam nor had he read previous doctor's reports before my appt. even after he had seen me as an emergency patient first and knew the reports were sent before the office visit. He seemed to have made up his mind in the first few minutes of my visit that despite my constant pain he could do nothing more for me and advised me to see a pain specialist.
