Dr. Abdul Nuristani

I have been seeing Dr Nuristani for more than a year due to chronic kidney condition. He is one of the best nephrologists I have ever seen. He is very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. He always took the time to explain my condition and discuss the medications. He listens to my concerns and answers all my questions. He also works well with my primary care physician and other specialists. He even sends referrals to other doctors if I need them, whcih should be the job of my Primary care physician. He also refills my non kidney medications if I can't get refills from my physician. Also, his staff are very professional and friendly. The clinic is clean and comfortable. I am very lucky to have Dr. Nuristani as my nephrologist. He has helped me manage my disease and improve my quality of life. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a nephrologist.

To say Dr. Nuristani is a great doctor would be an underestimate. I've yet to find a more competent, caring and professional doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nuristani for few years. He has been an awesome doctor to me and my family. He always answers all of our questions. Staff are friendly and return our phone calls on time.

With weak immune system and prone to infections. We appreciate that the office is taking Covid very seriously. Not crowded. Nobody in the waiting room. No long wait. Everyone is masked and gloved. Office is cleaned and bleached.

I’m so happy to have found Dr. Nuristani. He’s so caring and very easy to talk to. His whole staff is Great and very welcoming. The office is very new and clean. They take every Covid precaution seriously and are very safe!

Very glad to found Dr Nuristani for my inlaws who recently just moved with us. Mother inlaw has bad dementia, father inlaw has arthritis. Cant live by themselves anymore. Moved back with us from Arizona. We could not find a doctor that accept new patients. If they did, the appointment was not going to be for another 2 months. They were running out of medications. It was a very stressful situation. Insurance companies are the worst for not contracting with more doctors. Finally after lots of searches we found Dr . The reveiws were excelelnt and now we know why. They were able to get us in next week. His office was even able to call in the blood pressure drug that my father inlaw was out of. Found them very professional. Office visit was great. Not much waiting except for doing the paperwork. The doctor has excellent bedside manners. Took his time. Went over everything. Even filled out forms that we needed for DMV. If I didn't have kaiser I would switch to him in a heart beat.

My wife had really bad infection. The doctors in the hospital told us that her kidneys were failing. We were very worried. They told us that she had to be started on dialysis. Thanks to Dr. Nuristani her Kidneys got better and healed. SHe did not have to use dialysis. We are very happy customers.

One of the few doctors I have had that actually listens to me and shows concern for every aspect of my well-being. He is an amazing doctor with real concern for his patients and will take his time to answer all of my questions.

Dr. Nuristani, hospitalist in Modesto, CA, is a really understanding and caring physician! Highly recommend to those who really want a doctor that listens to their concerns.

He is now a hospitalist at Memorial Hospital Modesto Ca. If his specialty is nephrology then he should Never be assigned to patients needing wound care with severe staph infections. He did not listen to me regarding my prescriptions being charted 3x incorrectly from the ER to the nurses on hospital floor taking care of my life and my request for him to contact my attending physicians to have it straightened out was ignored at first and when I insisted he became insulted and told me to call !!

Dr. Nuristani really cares about his patients. It's hard to find doctors who actually take the time knowing that they still have paperwork to do. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
