I told him not to give me epi with the lidocaine. Right before injection I asked does it have any epi and he and his staff said no. He injected and within a minute I started having reactions. He came back in and said all anesthetic have some epi in them which is not true. After my reaction subsided we proceeded. It was a difficult extraction as the root was infected which was the reason for extraction After 25-30 minutes I told him I couldn't take it anymore. He finally cut the root out and sutured it up. With no explanation of difficulty he took his gloves off and said good luck! He didn't even RX an antibiotic for the infected root and I got a massive infection

His horrible attitude. He seems to have an anger problem.

Dr. Azizi examined my mouth and presented me with a Proposed Treatment Plan. Part of the plan included an extraction, which he performed. Unfortunately, this procedure was the the most asperous I have ever experienced. Then before implants were to be performed, I received a message saying the price of my Proposed Treatment Plan would be an additional $1200 because of a special instrument he wanted to use. Needless to say, I did not continue having dental work with this man.

This guy is 5 stars hands down. I was having my 2 top wisdom teeth removed. I barely felt the shots & was numbed quickly.Dr. Azizi is very professional & personable as well as his staff which I like. He had each tooth out in under a minute with no pain at all. I was out of the office in a half hour. I received directions on aftercare and everything was explained in detail. I would recommend this Dr 100 %. I would go here again if I needed to. Thank you Dr Azizi & your wonderful office staff. Adrean P

I am happy to report that my wisdom teeth removal is complete and I am healing fine. It is a little scary to have multiple teeth pulled but Dr. Azizi and staff are very professional and careful. Everything was explained well and the day of the procedure went just as explained (no complications). I also appreciated that the Doctor was concerned for my health AND my budget.

This dentist brags about getting a tooth out in 5 minutes, but if you have a dental emergency and a tooth is making you sick, you will NOT get an emergency appointment here. Find an emergency oral surgeon and protect your overall health.

Customer Service is not the best with lack of communication and a negative attitude. The doctor is competent. They will add an additional 10% if you use a charge card.

Dr. Azizi removed all my teeth at once. He was very kind, patient, caring, qui ck and efficient. The office is very clean and procedure was sterile. His staff is very kind and courteous. Very minimal waiting time. Dr. Azizi even personally called the next morning to see how I was doing. I highly recommend Dr. Azizi.

Unfortunately I have had to have several teeth pulled and I have visited multiple dentist offices but The phenomenal Dr. Abdul Azizi, his assistant Laura which is also a recent nurse graduate, the medical assistant Ashley that sits at the front desk and welcomes everyone in with a smile, and the rest of the staff at Lake Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery are by far the best. I had to have my wisdom tooth removed and I was very nervous at first but Laura helped calm me down by reassuring me that everything would be ok. She spoke to me in a calm, professional, and polite voice which sparked up a conversation and made me feel comfortable enough to finally relax. When Dr. Azizi entered the room he politely explained everything he was going to do before proceeding to surgically remove my lower right wisdom tooth and I honestly did not feel any pain or discomfort at all. I would definitely recommend Lake Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery to any and everyone that’s looking for a great oral surgeon.

Dr. Azizi told us that our son had an abscess on his gums and would have to be removed and sent off to a lab. My son has a 6 year molar that had not come up yet, he is 12. We were told my sons tooth would have to be surgically brought up or removed. We got a second opinion thank God. There was no abscess on his gum and we were told to put braces on his teeth which will make room for the tooth to come up.The tooth is coming up on its own now. I would never trust this Doctor! Very scary!
