I highly recommend Dr. Bhavsar.
Dr. Bhavsar is an incredibly efficient Doctor. He was taking care of an incredible number of patients very efficiently. I had a detached retina, so seeing him was very important. I asked the staff about the wait, and they told me there were a lot of patients, because he turns no one away that need immediate care. That afternoon I was in surgery which went very well. I am thankful for his care.

I agree that sometimes I have to wait, but feel it is well worth knowing that Dr Bhavsar is so skilled in his work. He has saved the sight for 2 of my friends. He keeps a close watch on my eyes because if vision problems in the past and aging eyes. I'm so grateful.

Service Poor
Dr. Bhavadar as a physician is concise and clear. Assume his skill is good. However, after coming in twice for a procedure one for each eye - consistently bad was the front desk and work flow service. Had to stand 30 m at desk to check in. 2nd time - no one at front desk for 5 min. Front desk answers calls right in front of you and asks you to just wait. A wait between each hand off to an office full of staff. This practice separately needs service workflow improvements and training.

I so appreciate Dr. Bhavsar's expertise and professionalism as an ophthalmologist especially with my issue of macular degeneration. His many years of experience and his wonderful manner with patients makes a huge difference. He answered all my questions and that really matters too. Great doctor.

Very poorly run office. Staff stands around and patients wait endlessly often phones go unanswered. MD gets pulled away but staff does not tell the waiting patients he is delayed. The MD if delayed never apologies. When you ask questions he does not like to answer them due to time. I get the view he is more interested in the bottom line than me as a patient. Very poor at getting back to you if you call the office. I would not recommend him
