Sounds like I'm not the only one whose experienced NO follow up after lab work, even after seeing some concerning results. I guess after 7 weeks, multiple phone calls and an email, maybe patients are suppose to "self diagnose"... what is the good of lab work if a doctor doesn't follow up or even look at the lab work. Either she is too busy for new patients, or she is telling me to find another doctor. Too bad... I was very hopeful after first appointment.

Dr. Rowland is the first doctor in a long time who really listened to me. She did her exam and advised me as to what I could do to help myself. If meds were needed, she prescribed them. I am returning to her and would recommend her to my family and friends.

It’s been over a month and have yet to hear anything about lab results. Was told I should hear by the end of the week and it’s now been 4 weeks, 3 phone calls and still nothing. Absolutely unprofessional and patient neglect. If I could leave zero stars I would.
