Dr. Roberts is not my PCP, and I would not trade my doctor for any reason, but Dr. Roberts was great; she was thorough, professional and very accommodating in answering all of my questions.

Dr Roberts is very thorough. She puts you at ease, greets you, checks your history. She talks to you, asks how you are doing, anything bothering you. We converse before she does the actual exam. I feel free to ask questions and to tell her if I have any medical issues. She orders blood work that I do annually. Then she goes over what we have talked about, gives you a chance to ask any questions. She reminds you to wait until she prints up your appointment and to tell the front desk that you have lab work. The front office tells you to wait out front until the lab person comes and gets you. I feel it well organized. I am comfortable and know what to expect. Love this office and Dr Abby Roberts.

I would recommend someone to Dr. Roberts. I however did not feel the same satisfaction I normally have with my normal Dr (he's out for 2 weeks). I had to take forms in to the office to fill out for my job and Dr. Robert's initially made it seem like it was a very tedious task to help with. She also didn't reflect my current symptoms on the forms, explaining my visit, instead she looked up what my doctor submitted the last time and copied it word for word. I felt a little uneasy but overall Dr Robert's had a decent sense of humor and a decent attitude.
