No birth control? Sucks!
Made an appointment for birth control replacement nearly a month in advance. Arrived and was told they didn't have a replacement on hand. Was told they'd reschedule my appointment for the next week while I was still covered under my work insurance. They never made me another appointment and never contacted me about getting my replacement. Atrocious staff and doctor. See anyone else.

Rude and condescending
This doctor was extremely dismissive and condescending. Made me cry and didn’t take the queues that I was in distress even though I was sobbing and clearly having an anxiety attack.

First time at the Dearborn heights office and didn't get called in until 45 minutes later Was a little irritated as I had somewhere to be, but as soon as She walked in the door I forgot I was in a rush and spent a good 30 minutes talking and having my pap She was very friendly, took time to listen and answer. She even said she will look into something I had concern about Instead of blowing me off like precious doctors have. The nurses at this office were nice and overall I will be back.
