Horrible bedside manner. I was on the examination table as she was typing during our visit and I caught her lying on my chart. I made her erase it and I reported her. And got a new endocrinologist.

I saw Dr. Landzberg for a year due to a thyroid tumor. After my last visit with her she never even returned my phone call to discuss the worsening of my symptoms. I self-referred myself to MGH and found out I had thyroid cancer. To this day Dr. Landzberg never followed up with me. Had I stayed in her care my condition would be MUCH worse now. I would go so far as to say her lack of care is dangerous.

Unprepared, unsure, and disorganized at appt. Got a positive result on a blood test and never got a phone call. I called to follow up and was told my results were "in the mail." Assuming all ok, but I still asked for a call back to discuss. Never got one, Had to call again, told same response, but I asked, "so all was normal then?" I was told, no, this xxx came back positive. I was outraged. Despite a positive result, never got a call, just dismissed and left with no info, discussion, support.

Norma Bellofatto in Norwell MA. – Jul 06, 2016
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Landzberg?
Judged on my first impression. Put through a ringer of tests. Had to hound Her office to get test results and to speak with her. Week after tests and still she has not returned phone calls. If she is that busy with other patients she can't call other patients back she shouldn't have that many to begin with. Extremely unprofessional, and upsetting when in need of an endocrinologit for help. Wouldn't recommend.
