careless staff and billing errors
Went for a well visit for physicals on Jan 20th 2022 and later found that they coded it as a medical visit (Vs. well visit, as required by my CIGNA and employer to avoid penalty paycheck deductions). After bringing this to their attention in Rayford office, they flatly expressed their inability to re code it correctly. Now, I'm stuck paying a biweekly payroll penalty till end of this year.

Horrible office and staff! My parents have been seeing Dr Jafri for over 5 years and service at his office has deteriorated. No one calls back or takes responsibility for follow-ups even after promising to call back. We have to constantly keep running after his staff due to their incompetence. Might as well look for another PCP!

My visit lasted about 2 minutes and Dr.Jafri did not listen to anything I said. He was actually the opposite of helpful because he even took away one of my prescriptions which is not a controlled substance. I would not recommend Dr.Jafri to anyone. I would actually recommend going anywhere else.

Love Dr. Jafri and his staff. Huge plus is he came to see me in the hospital. My organization recently changed insurance and I was so happy to learn that Dr. Jafri was in my new network and still at tier one!
