office staff get the worst possible score!! will reschedule ur appt & not bother 2 call but rather mail u a notice not giving you the opp 2 choose a date & time based on your schedule. & heaven forbid that u don't make the appt that they rescheduled for u. Office manager was very rude when I called & on a more recent call Melissa refused to let me talk to Manager. Love Dr. Kapila. She really takes the time to get any and all of the details needed. She leaves no stone unturned. I give her 5 plus

Dr. Kapila spends the necessary amount of time with me, she answers my questions in detail. However, the office staff has a problem with scheduling appointments. They changed my appointment time on very morning of my appointment, (set 6 mos. in advance), they did NOT call me about this change, (my phone calls are recorded). The nurse was rude, asking me:' what are you doing here". She said I was notified about the change, I advised her that was not correct. Her attitude was NOT professional!
