Doctor was a no show - no notice of cancellation
After numerous texts from Tolan's office to remind me of my appointment, I woke to bad weather (Helene). I called his office several times on morning of appointment - no answer. I went to the doctor's office - parking lot was empty, door to building was locked. That doctor's office dropped the ball. I'll look for a more professional medical service.

Condescending, rude and angry. He shows very little respect and dignity towards his patients!

Terrible bed side manner. Took me off of medicine that worked for my nerve pain only to put me on bipolar medicine. Created more pain and made me suicidal. Didn't only have time for the issue that I made the appointment for. He tried pressuring me into medicine that gives me akathesia and dystonic reactions, which could become permanent. He wouldn't put me on a safe non addicting anxiety medication because, "it would make me sleepy" but put me on something that did the same thing.
